This wasn't originally the plan, but now players can be infected by zombies. They won't turn, but it can kill them and do other nasty things.

It'd be neat if the effects of infection were sort of like the effects in Rogue Legacy, where the character's genetic traits alter the gameplay experience in some way. If you haven't seen it, check it out.

Yesterday, I had a zombie infection spreading in my clan, Stalkers attacking, and 3 other clans raiding each other all at the same time.
