My 1 hour of Drox testing yesterday trying to get a Drakk Military Win ended up taking 4 hours and a Diplomatic Win with Human and Cortex.

Basically components can come with empty chip sockets and you can place chips you find in those sockets (permanently). Chips have 1 modifier and it can be just about any modifier that can show up on components.
