Command stat missing

I bought DO2 after trying the demo on Steam. Patched up to 1.10 and things are great... except the command stat is missing.
I tried reinstalling, downloading the files again and reinstalling, deleting the files from C:\Users\pikac\AppData\Local\DroxOperative2 and reinstalling, but coming up dry for how to get this corrected.
Strangely the desktop shortcut keeps returning as "Drox Operative 2 Demo" though it points to the same C:\Program Files (x86)\Drox Operative 2\ location.
