minor bug in 0.920 / questions

[Smogg]

bugs:
- ultimate weapon race description not displayed correctly in character screen

some things that still aren't quite clear to me:
- does the "fighter siphon" skill heal fighter shields?
- does the "ambush" skill work with ramming?
- does my attack/radar help my fighters in any way?
- do bigger ships have bigger hitboxes?
