There is something quite satisfying about successfully escorting the first colony ship from what used to be a primitive race in Drox 2.

I've had 2 sectors in a row while playtesting Drox 2 where I'm made friends with a primitive race just to have the nearest full blown race declare war on them soon after.

A lot of cool changes are coming in the next Drox 2 patch: buying planet data, sponsoring diplomat/colony ships, better radar tracking of allies, beacons working for all races, etc.
