"Gulp" sound when casting major heal - Bug?

I don't remember this happening before... Now when you cast major heal, you get the "gulp" sound as if you drank a potion. Its a little off putting in this context.

I get the same issue on minor heal.
At first I thought that maybe it was because I'd assigned it to hotkey 1 which had previously been assigned to potions, but no, I tried assigning it to a new number and it still makes the noise.
I'm playing the demo, version 1.022
