Fighter scavenging

So I've noticed in my playthrough that regardless of which fighter base item type I choose (raider vs bomber vs fighter) I always get offered stealth fighters, never any other type. Scavenging should be resulting in a selection of types or the same as the base item.

Is this on the devs radar to fix?
