The life of an indie game developer is doing a little bit of everything. Today I worked on networking/multiplayer, text, icons, model editor, game code, emails, and achievements. At least I didn't do any tax or website stuff, that was earlier in the week.

I really do think Din's Champion will have the most dynamic world of all of our games, which I think is a big deal. I haven't written a blog in a while maybe that's what the next one will be about.

While testing Din's Champion today, I determined that objects that release explosive gas are indeed very dangerous, especially when you forgot you spawned a few more nearby.

The latest Din's Champion build has now been approved by Steam! We are still a little ways from Early Access, but that's one less thing to worry about, which is a huge relief. #gamedev

I think exploding gas is more fun in Din's Champion than the exploding barrels, and I love the exploding barrels.

My dev computer decided to stop doing anything at all on Wednesday. Luckily after swapping in a new power supply, everything seems to be working again. That was a stressful 2 days waiting for the replacement to see if that was the only problem though.
