Makes the races stronger and better able to survive the massive waves of monsters and civil wars destroying their empires by:
-Buffing freighters (more goods and higher chance to fix issues)
-Buffed cruise ships (doubles the currency gain)
-Higher starting population
-Higher starting credits
-More successful research
-Faster resource generation
-Higher Planet Rarity
-Larger fleets

version 1 so may make some races stronger where they were not before, but should overall increase the lifespan of empires
