Default Probably a Stupid Question

I wanted to try to play the game again this time with all characters available but with no skill points put in. I was looking this up last night and ran across somewhere that a mod (or cheat) might already be done for this.

Im horribly at modding and was wondering if there was a cheat for just allowing me to play any of the characters. I want to try playing the game with 1 character in mind.

I don't know if there is a mod that already does it, but all you need to do is go into classes.gdb, find the character in question, and change Unlocks to 0.

Thanks for info Shadow. There's only 1 problem. I looked all over the kivis multiplayer folder and cant find classes.gdb. Is it in one of the major folders?

Classes.gdb is going to be in the normal game (not multiplayer), inside of Assets/assets003.zip, and in the Database directory.

This is why i dont mod. Too complicating. I went into the document and changed the characters unlock to 0. I then saved it and now i cant play the game. It states-"Couldnt find database/database.dbl". Was i supposed to do something else, because now the game wont work.

Did you change the actual zip file or just leave classes.gdb as a normal file?

Basically what you want to do is, in your 'Kivi's Underworld/Assets' directory, create the directory Database. Into this directory, copy the Classes.gdb file out of assets003.zip. Modify only this file.

To clean up the slight mess right now, you may want to delete any folders off the 'Kivi's Underworld/Assets' directory. If any zip files were modified, you can just reinstall Kivi into the same directory and then do the above.
