Widescreen support

Looks like Kivi doesn't support widescreen like DoP and DC do: the display gets stretched out when you choose a widescreen resolution. Given the fact that most laptops have a widescreen nowadays etc, it might be worthwhile to patch this and the other issue (with freezing monsters).
