Default Patches
So if I pull down the latest main Drox patch, that's also the latest IotA patch? Or is there a separate one?

Yes, it's the latest IotA patch.

We've always done cumulative (you only need the last one) and combined (base + expansion) patches. So just apply the latest patch and your good to go.
