Unlocking young races

Just a little feedback from playing:
Akrimok and Rigma 'EMERGED' and was not on play menu.
Sarcar "EMERGED' and 'Denkastoraga' was listed on menu, not Sarcar.
All other emerged races, so far, are playable.

I just worked my butt off to emerge a young race called 'Apex' - catlike guys who I really liked, both in looks, ships and traits. Was a military victory with the Apex the strongest faction and I was allied with them. Said they emerged in my galaxy on the victory screen, but... I was very disappointed to find they did not show up as a playable young race =\
