Automatic Military Win after creating new character

I restarted the game to see the new upgrade.
I tried recreating new character, but each new character I get in new or old region I get an automatic Military Win.

What can I do?

That's really strange. That is definitely one of things I test multiple times for any patch.

Are there any specific settings you are using when creating a world?

There isn't any setting I am using that would cause this.

I setted the number of clan to 6, before it was random, to see if that was the cause, but no.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no success.

This should be fixed in version 1.024.
