Game Crashing At Launch

Game crashing at launch
I purchased this game recently and have been having a blast playing it on one of our computers. The game runs fine on one of our PCs. My wife decided she wanted to play too so I got it installed on our other PC and thats where Ive been running into problems. On the second PC when I launch the game it immediately crashes without throwing an error. The first time I launched it I was prompted for a CD key, but since then after clicking "Play" the cursor briefly switches to the working icon and then returns to the regular pointer. In Task Manager I do see Zombasite.exe briefly open as a background process but nothing else.

So far I have tried running the game as administrator, trying to launch it with pretty much every Windows compatibility mode and disabling display scaling. Ive reinstalled the game several times as well as had Steam verify the installation. Ive updated my video drivers and tried deleting user.cfg as well as renaming my save folder. Ive also tried changing the resolution in user.cfg to match my desktop and tried toggling windowed mode with no change. The only major difference between the two PC is that the computer Zombasite wont run on is running dual monitors. This makes me think the issue may be with a video setting but I cant figure out what.

So at this point I am kind of out of ideas. Anyone have any advice on how to fix this?
