Reformat Issue

This isn't really a bug, but it is a technical concern. I'm about to reformat my system to deal with some virus issues. I have a purchased copy of Kivi. I don't want to lose it in the reformat. Is there something I can do?

You can always burn a copy of the installer on a CD or DVD along with the email that you received with the key information. That way you will always be able to reinstall in cases like these.

You can also redownload the game using the original email if you purchased the game within the last month. If it was before that, all you have to do is send me an email, preferably using the email account that you purchased the game with, and I can turn the download back on.

Its been more than a month, and I'm not sure I have the installer. But I can provide you with an email from the account I used to purchase the game. I'll include a copy of the key I got to prove it.

Alright, turns out that by cutting and pasting the entire Kivi file onto a flash drive then again onto the reformatted hard drive, and then using the original activation code, everything worked out.
