This could be interesting, but I'm not quite sure how it would work. Infect the other clans?

All of the other win conditions are basically sponsored by a good god. This one could be sponsored by Mortus (god of death).

I shifted back to working on the next game for a little while. It is strange seeing all of the new expansion stuff in the next game.

Sometimes you know the right way to do something, but you are sure it won't work, but then it does and you are pleasantly surprised.

One victory could be to spread infection, making all clans infected too, poisoning some kind of wells in each land, building a shrine somewhere, making choice between a few gods... You could become one of them, finding not a cure, but a way to keep your mind at same time keep the disease alive in your body, giving you new powers. You could challenge the bosses not to destroy the faction, but become the new boss, the new god, whatever. Be the bad guy is cool, when it's done right (unlike Suicide Squad where the bad are basically good, with stupid background stories to make them nice, fighting even worst menace and helping people).

And if you succeed, you may become your own next nemesis on a new game with same world.

I've been adding character advantages and disadvantages to the hardcore game the last couple of days.

So far there are 40 advantages and 35 disadvantages in the Hardcore game. Some disadvantages will be good for some characters though.

That is currently the plan. Although since a lot of the skill stuff is random and you effectively breed from parents from generation to generation, classes are going to be very fuzzy in this particular game.
