Actually I tried to stick her into a basket with towels in it so she would give birth there, but she kept trying to cuddle with my feet no matter what I did. I finally stuck the basket under my desk and put my feet in it. Then she was willing to stay in the basket. Once she started having contractions I could finally move without her following. Although we didn't move the basket out from under my desk until a few of the kittens were born.

I remember when I first played DoP, I was really interested in the main quest line, so I pushed that all the way through and it... ended. No reward, no celebration, just no more quests. I haven't played in a while but I'm hoping that's been addressed, or will be soon.
