I have finished the initial design for the rest of the Drox 2 skill lines. I will probably start implementing them next week.

I'm working on Drox 2 passive skills today. I'm guessing that they will go live next week.

The next Drox 2 patch is going to be strange. All of the new skills will be visible and many of them implemented, but none of them will be usable quite yet.

I'm back to implementing skills today in Drox 2. I'm still hoping most of the new command/skill stuff goes live this week.

Well the Apple/Epic spat escalated quickly. We're not affected, but I have a lot of empathy for those whose lives just got more uncertain because 2 external, large companies are fighting.

I have most of the Drox 2 skills in now, so there is a really good chance that they go live this week.

I believe I have everything done that needs to be for the new skill system to go live in Drox 2. There will still be lots of little changes and balance in future patches though.

I took a couple days off to recharge a little after all of the command/skill changes. Back to work now to finish up the rest of the skills and I will probably be doing tons of balance changes for a while.

One of the problems with being an indie is I can't yell at the designer for designing something that is difficult to program. Well technically I can, but that just gets me strange looks.

In the next Drox 2 build, the race specific slots are going to get a little overhaul to be more consistent with everything else and ships will always get 2 medium race specific slots.
