Races Despawning and no/wrong target system for Resurrect Race

Over the course of the last few weeks I started running into two problems.
The first is that every so often races will despawn. A bunch of planets where the race should be are unexplorable (visible in screen shot below) and in the case of the screen shot, two races despawned giving me the lose timer immediately on entering the sector. This happens once every 20 sectors or so.


The other problem I've been encountering is the resurrect the race quests either not naming star systems or giving the wrong star system in the quest text for the first section (gather supplies). The quests usually work fine but it's been buggy especially in the last couple of days.
