Town Armory added to Equipment Menu

[Defiant]

Just adds the town armory for distributing npc equipment to clan members to the characters equipment menu between the two ring slots.

You can now use space bar to give items to clan members from your stash chests. I always disliked having to take all the items I've been saving in chests just to test if any members need them now then putting them all back.

*Note* It messes up the ability to use spacebar to buy and sell from vendors. You can still right click to buy items from vendor but to sell you will have to drag and drop items to the buyback spaces on vendor.
