Additional win conditions!
Is it possible to mod in additional win conditions for Zombasite using SecondaryWinQuestIsNemesis or SecondaryWinQuest like Din's Legacy? This is an awesome aspect of Din's Legacy

It might work. You would need to have a quest marked as AlwaysWinCondition and WinConditionWinQuestSolved set to 1 in systems.gdb at least.

Is it possible to make the nemesis a win quest? SecondaryWinQuestIsNemesis seems to spawn an additional quest.

I don't believe so, at least not directly. Basically you need a quest to be marked as AlwaysWinCondition, but the Nemesis isn't a defined quest (the game picks the most dangerous one automatically). In Din's Legacy, nemesis scenarios spawn a nemesis and a win quest that says you need to solve all of the quests.
