A bug? No trap i saw but i still feel down

This happen to me a few day ago, i just created new town but when i got to dungeon i always got fell down, i don't saw any trap, but i just feeling down mysteriosly. Help me about this.

Sometimes there is a modifier that causes tons of traps in the dungeon. It seems fall traps are the popular one when this happens.

There's a chance you didn't see the trap because it was behind a rock or corner, they can sometimes trigger before you see them.

It's also common for levers to have fall traps attached to them.
