Zombasite patch 0.901

Patch 0.901 of Zombasite is available over on the Zombasite patch page. Changes can be read here. This patch fixes the NPCs running away problem, fixes the bloom makes everything black bug, makes allocating skill points cost no money, and fixes a bunch of other minor issues.
