Unfortunately it's not an open alpha. We are planning on doing Early Access though.

Was thinking about Soldak games again and, next thing I knew, I had a Din's Legacy all-difficulty mod enabled character at level 90.

Looking forward to the Early Access. Always fun to brea-- erm, *play* the game early. And, now that I've got some actually decent coding skills, I want to do another modding run, but with actual tooling and automation this time ^_^.

Another week where I've been very quiet, unfortunately it was because my wife went to the ER twice and had emergency surgery on Friday. She is recovering well which is the important part, but I'm pretty distracted from work at the moment.

I had to add an evaporation system to Din's Champion this week since rain drops water and the water builds up over time and slowly floods the entire surface.

I haven't been overly productive this week (and really not at all last week), but I did get out a new Din's Champion build for the testers today. Some progress is much better than none.

I gave monsters in Din's Champion a way to dig themselves out of being buried alive last week. It's fairly often that I have to give the players or monsters more tools to deal with all of the crazy things that can and will happen in our games.

This week I'm working on the general storyline for Din's Champion. Like most of our previous games, this is more for flavor and marketing than a full fledged story.
